Since 2022 I've always had one foot in teaching — a formal classroom, mentoring student projects, or just sitting down to review someone's code. Teaching something back is the fastest way to find out how well you actually understand it.

• Jan 2024 — now

  Programming instructor — VTC Academy2 photos Teaching on the Advanced Fullstack Software Engineering program: JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end and back-end web, database design, cloud deployment and software architecture, plus the Python (FastAPI), React Native and DevOps modules. Mentoring students through real-world architecture and performance work; co-authored the material shared across the programs.

  Mentor & software engineer — ITSS Training1 photo

  • Coached student teams through full-stack projects (MEAN & MERN).
  • Mentored the team behind iPic, a Pinterest-inspired social app — architecture, Docker, CI/CD on GCP. It won “Best Project of the Course”.
  • Led Web3 and blockchain R&D with Solidity and NestJS microservices.
  • Guided the mobile release process.

  Core member — Runway1 photo Community coding events: Codeathon, QuanQuanGCP, Livecode, plus a handful of open-source initiatives.
